When you feel exhausted and overwhelmed, this can be easier said than done. In Living Your Happiest Life you will learn how to master your mindset to improve your happiness. This course will help you lead a happier life, both inside and outside of the classroom. Attendance in one synchronous session is required.
Step 1: Register for the course.
Step 2: Log-in to the online environment and register for your preferred synchronous session from the list of available dates.
Step 3: Complete the asynchronous components of the course at your own pace. Attend the live 2-hour session on your selected date.
